..... to why the damn bonus structure for pain changes every other month? As soon as I focus and get going, they change it....and now we will be getting paid less for Medicaid....what is that all about? I thought a bottle sold was a bottle sold. They have data that can tell us about what scripts are medicaid but can't get good data on what we actually sell....it sucks but its a job

What's wrong sweetheart? 7 changes to your payout in 12 months got ya down. Well don't worry cause they have the data and change it to their liking anyway. Or, by omission, won't pay u properly as per your written and implied contract states. Ask them sometime directly about your "detailed" listing for bonus. I was really hopeful that I was wrong but they are absolute crooks. Your only option is to start looking at other options. Ask some of your independent pharmacies what they have bought over the last three months and compare it to your reports. Id bet the farm it doesn't match up. But, don't worry, teamwork is the way to resolve this problem... just hold on and find the right players...
