As a healthcare company that touches the lives of nearly 150 million patients each year, we have rigorous safety procedures in place across our company to protect Quest employees and others on the front line from coming in contact with a wide range of infectious diseases. This test is to be performed only using respiratory specimens collected from individuals who meet CDC clinical and/or epidemiological criteria for COVID-19 testing. Quest Diagnostics Patient Service Centers and other phlebotomy sites cannot collect specimens for this test.

And FYI BioReference, it’s time to update your website. Stop making excuses for you failure to perform. There is a private company performing these tests. And that company is Quest Diagnostics. The industry leader in clinical laboratory medicine.

The reality is sales management is very weak, starting at the top with CJ. She has been a utter failure in leading, entirely ineffective in managing up to get things done.

I guess it never occurred to you to own your performance. Blame it all on "management". Cindy is doing the best she can, with the damaged goods that work for her. And considering the fact that she's selling Bioreference and not Quest Diagnostics, with this subpar team, is a miracle. Plus, she looks and smells great. We'll be glad to have her back. The rest of you are worthless. Hope this helps.

“They employees”... you better cut back on the sauce. I know times are tough in your parent’s basement but get a grip. Leadership or lack thereof is a major problem at BRLI; the issue can only hopefully be fixed with changes at the highest levels. You can keep busy in the interim by continuing to post responses to your previous posts Solstas chicken man.

When Quest Diagnostics is done handling the current national emergency, then we might still tend to the trouble at BioReference. Perhaps you weren’t paying attention, but our leader spoke directly to the American People today, working side-by-side with The President of the United States. BioReference is a disgrace and and so are you. They are a low priority for us now.
