What is morale at meeting?

Former MNK rep who was given 48 hours to decide my fate and LIED to told that I would not get any severance if I stayed and didn't make 60. (BTW, top 20% for four years and given new territory for the launch 1.5 hours from home and prior white space).
Miss many old friends at meeting and wondering what is the morale like?
I wish you all nothing but the Best- I know no one us happy but u r all hoping the Board sees HO and SC for the incompetent crooks they really are and get the boot.
 






Morale sucks! Only Seven Pres club winners - all East Cooast...big surprise and all based on XXR numbers. Hughe basically told us today we were the disposable sales force, all that matters is hospital. But at least they came in and put him and Stacy in their place with tough, no nonsense questions. I don't think H or S have any idea how miserable the sales force is. Rumor is they will be wanting 30 RX / week of XXR...just don't see how that's possible when you gave me 90% new territory, that hadn't been worked because everyone before had QUIT! I pray one of my interviews comes through and I can get the heck out of crazy town! Hate it here! So sad...

I think the word"disposable " describes mgts attitude toward the sales force. It was obvious when they hired the CSO and how they were treated. And you are responsible for the sales of the product, mgt and the joke marketing dept are exempt from any responsibilty for the poor performance of the product.
 
























Heard from a buddy in Imaging that VP put up a slide that said Imaging is not part of our core business - Mark TRUDEAU.

They all know they're toast probably as of July 2nd 2015 when they can sell without being taxed. Great motivation does anyone ever think in this company?? Guess its the same everywhere how can you feel when you know you're not wanted yet they insist on you staying engaged and motivated. Guess as long as they pay you you live up to your part of the contract and not an ounce more unless YOU can profit from it.

This was very true. If I was a member of that division I would use this time to look for another job. They are cutthroat here and don't give a damn.

its been a long ride, now I thinking I'm drinking too much. First for fun, then too much stress. Really hung over this morning, made some bad decisions last night. Have to get out there today but feeling a bit wobbly. this year has to be better - right ?
