What is Ilumya TM Base Salary Range? Serious Question.

When former NSD FL was hiring he played favorites. Ranges 90-170. More he liked you and if you were part of the good ole boys club, you got higher salary. Experience, etc., didn’t play into salary. Just what he liked. Now new TMs being interviewed are being offered more than current TMs, again with no rationale.

Sun is having a hard time getting anyone to take a TM job. Reputation of Sun, Ilumya, the HUB, etc, are so bad that people are canceling interviews. Thus the Sun answer...throw more $ t it and hope it sticks.

What a shame. Big disappointment. Kick morale even lower for those that have been here and stayed loyal by offering more money to candidates.

This is a false post, nobody in division has a base over $140k. I work in house and know the pay of all in sales.

I’m taking pay cut with new job. Every Sunday I was pissed off knowing I had to go sell this crap. Look I’m appreciative I’ve had job when others are having difficulty finding one. My expectations based on what I was sold to come to Sun never panned out. I was lied to my face. Half my team and RSM quit and it’s been a miserable ride since NSM. The new ASD is a tool.
