What is happening in CardioRenal?

If you work in specialty you understand it’s hard to see more than 3-4 nephrologist a day. So if I can call in a couple PC docs to increase my call
average then it makes sense.

Feels a little disorienting having this much change. I don’t think the job we have now is the job we signed up for. I expect to see a lot of resignations in the months to come without much backfill as they are preparing for the recession around the corner

My manager is not following company rules. Making up own rules and only get neph targets that haven’t written but they are getting over 90 of our A and B targets. So unfair and one sided. No strategy AT ALL!!! Infuriating

When you joined Bayer, you joined a company that makes up rules as they go along. It’s a very reactive company vs proactive company, so there you have it.

Suck it up with your paycheck, company car and bennys or leave. Bonus will always enigma and challenge to get as leadership reacts with the strategy, resources, targeting and the bonus structures lag and change to the whim of the marketplace.

If you’ve been in cardiorenal for any length of time…all evidence points towards Bill McLean being a total moron who is just making all of this up as he goes.

From the very beginning with the “Bridge program” or whatever we called it, right up until today…you never have had a sense that they know what they are doing. There is no long-term plan.
