Why are so many people leaving. Can Amgen stop the bleeding. How much does cost the company to hire and train people. You need to increase moral by doing something for the employees.
That does not mean cutting benefit or salary they will leave for Genentech or other companies in the area.It will be just an empty buildings.

Too late. Already has started and almost impossible to change the tide now.
 






The worlds highest corporate tax rate is driving all these companies to move their headquarters and manufacturing off shore. There will be no need for employees in the USA
 






Have you seen the mess oversee. Who is going to pay for quality and lawsuites for poor quality products. which can destroy the brand. But least CEO will get his bonus and retire by then.

There should be prison terms for type of BS
