Are we being sold? For a CEO to resign immediately, (which sounds a bit fishey) does not sound good.
 


















Me too and about 200 other reps I know. The board had better hold a call and be transparent before they are left with zero sales force. Try selling a company with about 5 total reps. Good Luck!!

Everytime I have been a part of an org where the CEO gets ca...I mean resigns immediately, disaster is usually right behind.

I do have a bit of insider info on the conf calls tomorrow. Didn't really want to leak this, but as I know many of you in the sales force, as well as those in Memphis, are quite anxious about what's around the corner.

Yes, we need assurances but we need the truth. It would be great to have new products but their demands on Exogen will still be high

Also anxious to hear about rental. Not sure if they will be able to answer until Medicare's determination the end of the month
 






I think everything is gonna be alright. This isn't the only Rodeo these guys with EW have ridden in. I think they are smart enough to understand the trials and tribuations of a company and that every year can't be charged with growth.
Some of these DOSs need to calm it down a notch. Same goes for JM

We all just need to focus harder on capturing the non-unions and indicated acute fxs at risk, from our competitors and doing business the right way.

If we go rental then hopefully they will work hard to have another product in our bag by next year. We just need a new product, quickly.

Not certain at all what the circumstances were but sometimes people do get sick or have cirmcumstances come up..... So let's just Move Forward.
 






Conference call could have been a repeat of what MA said when he first became president. Nothing new, no answers, just the same promises. Those who have been here long enough to remember what the previous people said are jumping ship. This has become a bad and sad joke. Time to move on.

SOS = Same Old Shit. Different mouth, different face, different date, same message: SELL, SELL, SELL.

Time to move on...........but not gonna quit. Rather be laid off. Quitting means no unemployment benefits. Laid off means 2/3 of income from unemployment, which is the same as gross take home pay for past 12 months.

While receiving unemployment, continue working on finding new products. When 1st paycheck from other products received, tell unemployment i found new work.

Go ahead, lay me off.

Many people are not just quitting , they are finding other jobs. Good Jobs with good salaries and compensation plans.

If you don't want to leave, then the best scenerio is to make as much money as you can here, pick up another product, bank as much money as possible and prepare for a layoff if we go rental.
Freakin sad that they can't find decent products for us! There are opportunities out there but our management just wants too much of the Pie for themselves. And THAT is the reason we, the sales force, do not have more products in our bag.
