People seem to be leaving is scores. Sooo many tenured people have gone in the last year or so. Makes you wonder!!

One region had onei rep fired, one leave for a different position, and two go on leave before retiring. Rumor has it new manager is a witch.

This is easily one of the biggest HR deficiencies in pharma not just Astellas. HR associates bury their head in the sand while people resign en masse within in a region or district. HR ignores getting to the root of the problem and then the culture in a region or district is slowly destroyed with no accountability. HRs solution is to schedule exit interviews as if they’re going to get honest feedback from someone who has already moved on and happy to have moved on knowing that being honest will rarely be acted upon by HR. Most HR associates are weak at their roles until they have internal security and legal dictating their every move.
