What is going on in Ohio?

The whole division is going down the crapper. Layoffs everywhere, and yet they never let go of any of the useless middle and upper managers, and special projects people. If they want to save money, start with that group; not with people who are actually out doing the work. I guess that would require somebody having some common sense, and intestinal fortitude, in order for that to happen. Then again, the division, and the entire company, for that matter, are allergic to truth, honesty and reality. When you tell the truth, at LCA, all you do is put yourself on the "gotta' get rid of him/her" list. It's a damn shame because this USED to be a great place to work. The only thing that makes it bearable, for me, is the people that I work with, because they're a good bunch. Don't get me wrong, I am thankful to have a job, and I have had worse jobs but that doesn't mean that I am supposed to bury my head in the sand and pretend everything is okay, when it's not. So, who knows, maybe my butt is in the firing line next? Seems as if everyone is on pins and needles, waiting to see who gets chopped next.
 






















































How many people in the North Central have been fired/demoted in the past month? This place sucks. Willie and Joe buy 200 labs in the past year, immediately lose all of their business so that the entire division cant' come close to hitting their budget. Thankfully those two got theirs, but what about the rest of us, who can't make a dime? CDE's have it swell - they sell, they get commission. But we KAE's and the SDE's - WTF???? How the hell are we supposed to make any money? A practice hires their own pathologist, or is bought by the hospital - comes right out of my book of business. Now my revenue is less through no fault of my own. Do they really expect us to be able to sell even close to the rate of attrition? Cannot WAIT to get out of here.

Willie and Joe. What an embarrassment for us all. And not just those of us in the North Central region, but for all mankind.
 












Come on people...why the bad attitudes. You should be happy to be employed, some people are really struggling. Are you all just scared to work for your money? P.S. Bashing other people doesn't make your situation any better. HAPPY SELLING!
