Rep here that had Al Coles for a DM: Al is very laid back. He is not a micro-manager in any way. No trackers or extra busy admin work. Doctors seemed to like him too. He is a very nice, down to earth guy.

Thanks for the honest feedback. Al, if you read this, we really need someone that looks out for us and lets us do our job while having someone to go to as day to day issues arise. We have had a DM that did nothing but wait until the last minute to tell us about things he needed done because he was disorganized and lazy. Can't wait to meet ya.
