I wish Amgen would require all staff to pass a writing, spelling and basic math test. (Thank you to the person who corrected the "Knew" error in another thread. Geez.)
All people who are at VP level or above must pass a test for "The ability to do the right thing" vs. "The ability to do the right thing for me" test, as well as undergo an assessment of whether ADHD is present and in control or if medication is warranted.
Other tests would include attention to detail test, ability to read a graphics powerpoint slide for what it doesn't say test, a psychological evaluation to determine emotional maturity, self awareness, and, lastly, an ego "in check" test.
The VP tests should really be administered to the Director and above level, but we would have no passing staff.
