What happenned to AYANNA?







Apparently she was asked to resign. Rumor has it she was involved in some shady managment tactics. Supposed unethical conduct as it relates to reps and also falsification of potential diagnostic patients.
 












You can stop the slander and bullshit. Thats not the way it went down and you know it

Not being slanderous here;however,confirmed from upper" Promethean Gods" it was indeed an ethical issue or issues. It was spun as her team was being" split" up because she didn't have enough reps. This came after an internal investigation.

i guess slander is slander bullshit is bullshit and a Fact is a Fact

What possibly could upper management view as unethical conduct to reps and shady management tactics?

Here are just a few that I believe that they would find as unethical and shady management tactics in dealing with reps:

Treating reps as human beings with respect and courtesy.

Instead of looking for every possible thing to criticize actually finding good things to comment on.

Actually following through on promises to be allowed to work your territory as your own business.

Respecting differences in selling skills and realizing that there is more than one way to get the job done.

Instead of managing with a stick, managing with a carrot.

And as far as unethical practices of falsification of potential diagnostic patients....no manager here knows their ass from a hole in the ground and screw up calls all the time with physicians and the reps that they are riding with in the field.
 












AH was fired for doing unethical things...but at the end of the day the way it went down was that they told her that they dissolved the territory so she could save some face.
This company will dissolve territories to eliminate HR nightmares. It is amazing that they can get away with this.(2 more territories where people were fired /dissolved because they went to HR with issues). This company has created an environment of demotivation and fear for your job. They continue to change your products, your territory and your manager and don't expect that that will affect your performance. The successful reps and managers are bending/breaking the rules to get ahead. And then they launch new products where they set the goals so high that they don't have to pay anyone commission. We have too many products
and an extreme amount of administrative work. Unfortunately it takes a good 2 years to understand the products and build the relationships that you need to be successful, but by then
most reps are put on pips and are fired or quit. You are not valued at this company, you are a number and dispensible. Every year in December they fire people or reorganize to get rid of people. The future of this company is not good because they don't value the employees.
 






Lets face it. The Managers know what is wrong with all of their territory and don't bother to tell the new employee about the problems, the lack of lab access or the fact the all of the labs don't want to do business with Prometheus because of all the past screw ups and lies from previous reps.

I would say that most territories now have had at least 6-7 reps over the past 10 years and the managers just watch and keep saying "How do you plan to turn it around"...Knowing the rep will fail!

Yep that's her she was a little over the top. She was all about her team following all the rules and guidelines;however, she conveniently forgot the rules applied to her also and got busted for several ethical issues.
