What’s the history of how this division tanked so badly?
Great products but the last 5-6 years has seen a lack of investment in the people, training, products and indications. This time frame coincides with the arrivals of Wil and Meg. Both will tout the acquisitions of Recothrom and Seprafilm but that only increased revenue not market share.
This leadership team needs a complete overhaul with medical device experienced leadership. It would be a stark contrast to what we have now and would end up clearing out a lot of the dead weight that has taken over this division.
I heard 10 . But I also heard from my AVP that she said that the whole sales organization is b ing evaluated. Most likely a level will be eliminated
Happened in the Nashville region. Those who remain have been told they're safe from further reductions, but who knows?I am hearing that a small reduction in force is coming by year end. Anyone else hear that as well.
