I think they have simply gone in the wrong direction, and greed is bluuring the vision. Usl was great as a generic/ branded generic company. Divigel is a good product, but we can't compete with vivelle and premarin. And we launched as the topical market was becoming saturated (elestrin and evamist...and changes to estrogel strategy). Then the prenatals came along as we tried to capitalize on kV misfortune....but so did everyone else. Then there was the trianex disaster. Clearly this is all about making money and not about developing unique products. That is fine, but stick to the core.
