What happened? More evidence this company is clueless. Expanded less than a year ago and now "dissolving" territories. If you want to cut the fat, might we suggest you start with the NSD.
 






So what now, will we be expected to grow 60%. HaHa, no problem. Can’t wait to see goals. Come on RA, keep undermining the RSMs, they’re all SUPER happy with you. Come on MB, tell us how we’re all in this together right after you fired people. Brilliant
 






What I love most is the fact that the Strategic Account Rep is off in Hawaii "working her connections" while the rest of us are working key accounts 'from the ground up" to try to get contracts. This chick is absolutely useless and cannot close and is not held accountable at all. She took the work the old Key Account Rep did and absolutely destroyed it. She is the female JH. You lay off good reps but keep coddling "leadership".
 






They are hiring in Seattle but fired other reps in territories like Nashville and Tampa they spent thousands of dollars training? Make it make sense. No one in this entire company knows how to run a business. It is infuriating because the product is great and PDT is having a moment but zero leadership like zero.

At least the last key account rep knew the job and what was most important. Your big picture knowledge isn't needed here. Your lack of knowledge with “our business” makes you useless here. There’s no key account rep that can save this mess. Most all the good personnel have been gone for years. And we’re so incredibly handcuffed while they were here.
