It's the culture of Genzyme shinning on...where inept managers believe they are leaders and know all but can't see the reality which is that they can't lead and know nothing, results speak for themselves but get promoted because....
Good old boy network is alive and well protecting each other from their lack of the current required skill set to get the job done, but for how long? Inspector Clouseau is watching everything and good old boys can't hide behind their excuses, excuses, excuses.
