I agree! He's a great manager if you do you're job. He puts on a great a Christmas party for his reps, not to many companies allow that any more.

I'm sure he is great! There are a lot of great managers in this industry, too bad though it's dying. 2012 will not be a good year for many. Most companies are downsizing by large numbers!
