What happened to S Brown?

What the heck happened to S Brown? In fact, what did she do? Never heard from her. She knew nothing about Entyvio. Takeda was building a heck of a culture and team with the Entyvio launch. Stephanie and Ramona somehow chased out both of the original Directors so now we are no more than a primary care company. Anyone ever check Stephanie's background before we hired her? Surprised to see her gone so soon??? She continues to live in Canada. Get a clue! Quite a track record. With a drug like Entyvio, is that the best talent we can attract?

And she was the one that left takeda. These people in upper management in these established companies seriously have no impact and get paid a fortune. Listen, the executives in startups, different story, there is no system. But takeda and established companies like takeda would be better served hiring everyone from within. Cheaper executives that way and they are happy to get the raise and the promotion.

any good company needs a mix of internal and external talent. Especially when building an entirely different model (like Entyvio.). The problem is Takeda will continue its incestuous ways like it always has.

Very sad she left. She was the best leader/manager of the bunch. Big loss. Entyvio is still the future and there is no talent in the other side. Bummed
