Does style really matter? Style ,schmyle its a lot about the numbers. And if it is her "style" that is the problem, one would guess that her boss digs it.
 












You know it has to be bad when an ABM quits so soon into a launch, in a bad economy no less! Wow!!! Good luck filling that position internally! It is a shame that Adrian is sticking his head in the sand and not getting rid of that sacred cow. Poor, poor management. Im not suprised though.

No one, with any sort of mental stability, gives a rats behind where this bozo went. Couple a stupid wide eyed baby chics in heat, maybe. Most, who have half a mind at all, know that many of the people we have to tolerate here, as managers-in-perpetual training, got there, by the good ol' boy network, put in place by the king rat of all time. It doesn't take much upstairs to see we've got enough bullshitters to start a country and the sooner they get gone, the better off this company will be.
 






The majority of ABM's in this company are shameful. I mix of incompetency, laziness, and conflicted priorities. We have all heard the famous "I have to leave at 2:00 for a conference call line." AKA...I have to go shopping,run to the bank, pick my kids up or catch up on paper work. The most remarkable aspect of these managers is that they are filled with such self importance. Rucella was no different. Karma is a bitch.
 






Shit rolls down hill. Seems to me they should clean house of the terrible RBD's like Pat first, then work on the managers.

Try taking this misdirected energy and next time you hear your mentally challenged manager snipe out a nasty comment (usually posed as a question, its safer this way you know) tell him to go find out himself. Answer him or her with a question, like, why do you want to know, why are you asking and then, just let the fucker sit there and flop. Don't ever answer a dirt digging questions or respond to put downs of your co-workers. It could be you. How would you want your co-worker to respond to crap about you, that came from your manager. SOB's

Next time your clod of a manager blindsides someone with some assinine remark, that the target had no clue about, tell him he needs to go back to training class. Ask him what the hell he thought he would accomplish by that remark? These people are not managers, let me tell you, they are scum of the earth. No you can't learn class or decency, but you can learn how it feels to have someone come up and just fuck you over in front of people. Oh, yeah, thats right, that requires an ability to get into someone elses shoes, which of course, takes a whole hell of a lot more effort than just shitting on someone because your brain dead manager heard some gossip he chose to accept as fact. Wheres the damn backbone in you people?

ruscella knew what he was doing..trust me...he was smarter than most of the ABM's. Problem is his hands were tied. Wthr you liked Ruscell or not, he was a good ABM who worked as best as he could under the circumstances he had...

He droned on and on, very full of himself and came in acting like he knew more than anyone who had been here prior to him. Seriously, the guy had mega issues and it was apparent, the first time you laid eyes on him. We were astonhished he ever got hired and it was more confirmation that whoever hired him, needed serious psychological help. No amount of blather here will save him. He did not seem well, ever.

Really and very seriously. The guy was mental, but so were a lot of there other newbie managers. In fact, a fair amount of them. Way out and so not management material. You only had to watch them as then maneuvered themselves and their pawms about the room, in an effort to take control of people.

Only idiots think they can control other people. You hire someone and they turn out to be someone you think you have to get one of your other idiots hires to stalk,ou need to dump the chump or ditch the bitch. Don't make everyone else suffer because of your incompetence. They used to pick out those with the lowest self esteem, you know, the wanna be manager types, standing around hoping to pick up dirt on someone and sic them on anyone they remotely thought was unhappy. Said moron, would then (after his 3rd beer and picking his nose) would then start with the oral shit bomb remarks about the person they were stalking, whether there was any truth to it or not. It just made them feel good to shit on someone they didn't understand or felt was an easy target. Cotton mouth types either on psych meds already or soon to be put on them and mixing it all up with booze and their pathetic sniveling, ass kissing, money grubing desires. Pathetic is too kind, more like disgusting.
