What Happened to PS?

Because he is a weak leader. PS never earned his career advancements. He never had to overcome his deficiencies of working with people, building trust, and earning his keep. He is overconfident in his abilities and couldn’t read people. Deep down he is deeply insecure and weak. He got caught in a web of a killer. Predictably he overplayed his hand. His opponent was and is evil but more ambitious. She too has a self inflated sense of self worth. But it was easy for her to take him down and in the process remove a sexist pig from power. PS would have never made it past his sales manager position had HR not protected him. PS was dead last every year. Bet you didn’t know that. Dead last in the nation for multiple years. But he was protected and promoted. Isn’t it ironic that it was HR who removed him from power. For those that do not know, continue to ask questions. The female who took him down is another headcase.

From my observations, all comments seem to be accurate. Like so many others put in positions of leadership at Lilly.... U N R E M A R K A B L E.

Who is the woman who took him down?! Juicy.

ha! Laura v. Here we go again, let’s try a woman since that has worked out so well for Lilly leadership.

Don’t care gender or race, let’s start putting the right people in leadership positions. Maybe even look externally instead of recycling these underwhelming people.
