What happened to HR advocate LB

I heard she was advocating for the poor treatment of some women and next thing
she was terminated.
Any truth to this ?

She uncovered a bees nest complaints that she should have left alone but got

There is truth to this but only a select few know about it in detail. Its an uphill battle going against the Boys club here. Many tried to warn her . I am sure they let her go on a technicality but the others can get away with so much and break rules and still be retained just a slap on the hand and more training needed. In fact, they get promoted.

HR at Galderma is not here to support the sales force and RM. They protect the inside politics and everyone knows it. There are so many unwritten code of conduct embedded in our culture.

Please stop saying women power. It's intimidating. Especially to these men because their wives stay home and cook their meals and fit the mold of Galdermaville.

When women speak up, it's abrasive. Men can do and say what they want and act like drunks at the meetings. I give 2-3 more years.
