The real reason is that, for the most part, success came through cheating. Most of the successful reps had second and third jobs. This group needs to be disbanded all together. Our test provides value but not enough to justify a large sales organization specifically dedicated to it. Imagine if quest just had a field force promoting their CBC test...actually....imagine if quest had a sales force that promoted anything...padoom ching! But I digress...

Add cheating from double panels, #mega single panels and BS autoimmune panels

We all know he is useless, but if you have a commission plan and you sold the business pay the person what you agreed to.

Thermo is cutting commissions so quick it's not funny.

Gimme a break, he didn't sell anything. He profited off all the ny/nj labs being sold by the reps themselves....they placed all the machines and Mark played along and made it work. They had to cut his commission to make up for his 5th ACE check he never earned. Total joke.
 












Ah yes when I was there the same people did extremely well and we figured Fitz had some deals going on. Did TKS keep the lab group going as it was? Never knew what they did.
 












No, all the old senior leadership is gone, from the RM's to VP. A new group of talking head's that have no idea how to sell this test. We all will be gone soon at the rate things are going!
