What good are the RM's on the Novartis contract?

What do these RM's do? They certainly don't have their reps' backs. My RM only wants to keep the peace with the precious client, Novartis. They do nothing to stand up for their reps. Nothing whatsoever. It's so toxic, it's pathetic. Whatever the Novartis manager says, the Publicis RM agrees to and the hell with the rep. Or the facts.

Wrong. Once again, the Novartis managers (at least in my area) tell my RM who to hire.

Manager told me that they could not make the hiring decision - it was made by recruiting.
PS My background is an exact match for the requirements of the opportunity.

My RM acts like hes on the reps side, but hes such a wussy man that as soon as he hangs up the phone with me, hes on the phone with my NVS manager.

There is no trust between PDI reps and their RMs. Theres good reason for thst, too!!

This is such a toxic work environment. The PDI rep is left out in the cold with no support whatsoever. All of this while the NVS manager talks continually with thr PDI RM.

Think long and hard before joining this contract.

There was a good reason whrn this first started, they didnt tell us who the contract was with. I bet over 50% of those who accepted the position not knowing who the client was would NOT have if they knew it was the slimy, sleazy Novartis.
