I have one and don't really know what it is they are doing all day. no call notes in slx, no real feedback, no accountability;just a paycheck and an expense account.
 






If you lucky they will stop by and leave supplies. Otherwise they suck. I have one that doesn't do shit. Now that Larry is overthem, let's see if anything changes. Probably not though.
 












the asm doesn't have any real definition. they help put out fires. they are under paid and under worked. there is one or two who know what the fuck they are doing. they rest either "swallow" as you put it or play the shell game with the sd's they are supposed to support. eitherway if there is no accountability they won't get out of bed or work tuesday - thursday.
