What does "Agile Transformation" really mean?

It’s unnecessarily difficult to get anything done at this company, especially difficult to change the way we work. With Keytruda patent cliff quickly approaching and pricing pressure on the horizon, we also need to cut internal costs, which means less people. Agile Transformation is about changing how we work and reducing the number of people necessary to do that work expeditiously.

It is going to be discussed at the upcoming town hall meeting.
How much more consolidation do they want? I got transferred from whitehouse, coakesbury, White House station more specifically the shack in the back, Kenilworth, and now Rahway. Each time we had some sort of reorganizing… it’s like a yearly thing here.

Not too far off. Time to give these old timer dm's the boot, some have been in-role for 3 decades. Time for 30 year olds to take those roles for 185k per year, done deal.

Just you wait.
i assume whoever wrote this is 6-8 years out of undergrad. the same one that is boastful about their commitment to diversity and inclusion, and impact on workplace equity. well guess what, those “old timers” (ps anyone over 30 is hardly old) deserve the same respect and inclusiveness. take a good look in the mirror, then grow up and earn your keep.
