What do you think of MM leaving neuro?

I don't think MM had any experience working outside the U.S. That seems to be a requirement for anyone wanting to move up. I wish him well as he is a nice guy - strong on the marketing side but fairly shallow when it came to selling and sales people.
He is an advocate for the customer but what did he do for sales people in order to help them deliver more value to the physicians? Why are we asked to call on big doctors every week with nothing new to show them?

I believe he was in Europe/overseas before he came back to run Neuroscience.Canadian GM Not a demotion but a lateral move.
Now, as far as why we have to call on big providers every week with nothing new to show.Please no one has anything new to show and try having a territory that is so pathetic that you only have 50 customers you can actually see and the bulk are Pedi's. So now that I do not call on Pedi's, what am I suppose to do? Not MM's fault but stupid ZS Associates and managers who are afraid to say "cut the workforce by 50%" AND my reps will have something to do.

Self Important jackass? No way, this guy went around the country a few years ago with his customer focused message and let us experience the "Disney Experience". Do you think GG is going to Lead Us? He is the most normal person who is on his level. IF YOU DISAGREE, give us names of anyone who is as smart,passionate and hard working than MM.
PS-Is this new chick going to go on the road to sell our Neuroscience partnering potential?Not if she is due at the daycare.
 






GG- HA ha ha. he is not very bright.. has anyone ever listened to one of his vmx's, or really understood what he says when he is in front of an audience? say what you want about GB but he was a true leader that got the job done...

MM was a great actor. The whole patient focus message is nothing more than management trying to keep Lilly from being sued again.
 






Lack luster sales under him- Zyprexa mess when he was here. Sounds like to many mess ups and being demoted to canada. Much like that German guy that was in charge of sales force of the future.
