What do you think about the management resignations?

I am a very loyal employee so this is very troublesome to me. When reps leave I consider it normal attrition, but when this many reps, this many managers, and this many area directors leave I am forced to look. Something is clearly going on.

Dear Diary:

Going to Shire is foolish. That dry eye drug has not been approved. Currently calling on customers in PRIMARY CARE, neuro and the psychiatric space for a me 2 product is playing the lottery waiting on an approval on a dry eye drug which is very difficult to attain with the FDA.

Signed,

Stable at Bausch

The real issue is right above stream of the Business Directors. Talk about losing your salesforce in such a short time? Can't expect to treat your most valued assets like pieces of shit You have to support them and fight for them. No room for cowboys. First fix to this mess is for 'the cowboy' to hang up his hat and let someone with a different approach, someone who knows how to build and not tear down, take over. More of the same will result in more of the same.

It's just par for the course for this company. If you know your history of Bausch/Valeant then you'll know they have one of the worst turnovers of reps and managers in the business. This company has done a lot of shady things to their salesforce.
