So, what's everyone's feedback on our bonus potential this year for ADHD? Any thoughts?
I think the new bonus structure is much more fair than previous plans. It will be interesting to see what reps from territories with big time speakers do. Not all areas are equal. Some have managed care issues that other territories don't.
To answer the original question, potential isn't as great for reps in the south that just handout coupons and grow share, but reps in weaker territories will have more opportunities than before
