I’m in another business area and am considering a development opportunity. How are they regarded by field sales as well as home office ?
Key question: how are they evaluated ? I heard it’s very, very subjective in that they do not have actual quantitative goals ?

If you don’t know what a KAM does by now, that’s on you. Call their boss if you have questions. Better yet, why don’t you just read the job description you are supposedly asking about. But there isn’t one and you know that. You are just stirring the pot.
