what do regional managers make at Bard Access

guess they work for the wrong company . I am regional with large corp with 9 direct reports Guarantee of 250 average w2 375 . Love it since I have a great team. In the field for over 20 years made on average more but major stress. Days of reps are limited , if you want to stay in industry get into managemnet or you will oit . Sales will not be happening at field level , only conversion and service.

So let me get this straight. Sales reps are in trouble and will no longer exist, but your role as a regional sales manager is completely safe? That makes a lot of sense…

YEP where do you think the selling will take place . Prepare yourself

the call points have already changed, but regional managers in my company have no influence or relationships with the people in the position to drive decisions at the accounts. i fundamentally disagree with you saying a manager will turn into the key sales person although i assume the strategy will vary by company.

regional manager is the device job of the future . Should have contacts with customers while having salaried young reps for conversions and inservice. price cuts will affect reps compensation first while managers will be compensated more. Of course depends on breathe of products companies have to offer. Buzz words will come to fruition
