Internet trolls, please stay away. I'm looking for an honest answer. I've been with Medtronic for a year and don't like my division (won't specify). The hours are grueling, I'm constantly go go go. I just want somewhat of a less stressful position, but I like working for the company. What divisions i.e.: Diabetes, Cardiac, Ortho, Neuro,Peripheral, spine, etc would be best to alleviate stress at the workplace? And what positions? I'm in sales now--looking at some clinical specialist positions, territory managers, other sales, etc.

Ideally, I'd love to just do cases back to back all day and go home. Is this unrealistic?

So what division is the most "laid back" and would still allow me to make a pretty good income?

Thanks

Just for you Medtronic will offer safe places to dwell so if you had a stressful day, you can self visualize in a calm setting and find yourself. Please contact HR and convey your feelings as their sole concern is your welfare.

Sales is a patriarchal construct that will be revised to accommodate 21st century sensibilities. I'm part of the vanguard as I work in sales but identify as a finance manager.

We have an opening in the mail room where you can sort packages throughout the day. Otherwise, you had better start shitting tiffany cuff links or I will definitely fuck you up. -- Omar

Medtronic beats the shit out of the sales force and then asks for more.. why do you think the stock keeps going up? The rest of the company sits in Minnesota with their fidget spinners, worry beads and tooth picks.
