I am not with your company, but I heard April. They will probably finish out the quarter - March 31st is on a Sunday so I wouldn't be surprised is everyone found out March 30th or April 1st (Monday). That way bonus is paid for the quarter and they do not have to prorate it.

April 1 is a Sunday and Novartis does not work on Q anymore but trimesters so that ends 4/30

Hey dope...we work on a quarterly basis starting this January...Just a refresher in business when companies work on a quarterly basis it stands for 4 months, a trimester stands for 3 months.

We are now on quarters (4) which means the quarter is from January to April.

You are probably one of the geniuses that Novartis will keep. You are right in line with their upper management!

OMG....I hope this was a jOke
There are 4 quarters in a year..,jan-mar, April-June, July-sept and oct-dec,
We used to be on trimesters and a few years back switched to Q's
Now we switched back to trimesters again
There are 3 trimesters in a year
