No risk of us losing any good DSDs.

Expect layoffs guys. Gary's bad ideas have caused massive financial issues. He will want to improve the value of the company as much as possible before he departs so he can walk away with as much cash as possible. The quickest way to do that is by cutting headcount. Patient handling was a horrible idea. Too much money and labor to make it profitable. Company will sink if the new leadership brought in does not change directions and quickly.

Sales should be compensated directly with EVA. Many of the AE's are not that good and only go after the deals that they know they can win which are low margin/high expense. The only way to get sales to go after the quality deals is to go after their wallet. Just saying...
