Whatever we are currently calling these stupid reductions in head count, how bad will the next one be?

My prediction, no more BMBU, MH and CV. DOS, DSMs and reps. All gone. No use and no return on investment. How could there be any other option?

Soaring because of the multi-BILLION dollar stock buy back program Lilly is doing. Smoke and mirrors you idiots. Oldest trick in the book. Buy it all back to make it look like people are actually investing in our company. Try to dupe investors into buying the stock. Wall Street is onto it. Do any of you read any financial trades or even bother to Google Lilly to see what the financial gurus are saying about us? We went from buy to hold to sell in less than a year. I see why our talent pool is at rock bottom these days. They don't want reps who can think and research for themselves. Just morons who believe whatever the 3 stooges tell them.

It may be accounting chicanery, but I just made $20,000 selling 1,000 shares that I originally bought at $48/share. Accounting practices that make me rich are OK by me. John rocks.

CP reports that all of these comments are great for SNL,, why don't you Lilly loyalist, as AA or DR for a market salary adjustment seems NC has better managing skills up to SM and the whiners in oncology NC should be the first to be de layered,, how quickly lolly forgets about all of the stupid mistakes he made before he was sent to time out,,
Only great division DIABETES,, Dave Noesgues is respected..

DBU is overbloated. No use for that many reps for the me-too drugs in the pipeline. Classic Lilly. Expand a division to get investors excited then lay most of them off. How many times have we seen this movie? Difference is that there are not any places to "reallocate" reps to anymore. They will just be gone.
