So is it true that PathInc. in Torrance bought West Coast Labs in Van Nuys?

I thought PathInc. was the lab that got an infusion of venture cap $$ years ago - have they grown large enough to start buying labs of their own? Like LC and Q?
Jeez...I didn't know they were that big?!?

Anybody got the real scoop on what this is leading to? Thanks.

Nothing really. They're consolodating on the south and central coast. They're supposed to have a target in the Midwest, but that's been around a while. Out of all of the movements w/other labs, I don't think this one is first, second or even third tier.

Women's health. Any big box lab can offer the same thing.
