It sounds like it won't be as people are making it out to be. If you are in a 2 person territory, your numbers have been good and you are in a metro area you should be fine. If you are on a plan then you're toast.... Obviously

Can anyone tell me what product is being promoted for the endo contract? I was recently emailed about an opening, but not provided with many details such as the (staff?) company and the product being promoted. Thanks.
 


















This Endo contract has been the worst gig ever. Horrible pay, shit managers, pos cars, I have been beyond humiliated with this pos little part time piss job. I hope i get cut everyone is about to. That is what contract companies do they use you for a year or two and cut your ass with nothing. Go ahead, say it. I did accept this pos position after being on the streets looking forever.

Really? Weird...we get the same cars that Endo reps get...pay is not that much different...My Endo counterpart and I have compared bonus checks and talked about our salary and there is not a huge difference...so, for the fact that this is a contract it is actually a good one...we do everything that they do....so not sure what you are talking about. Are you even on this contract?
 






Well, it has been 4 + years & I have to say it has not been a bad job. Yes, Endo has done many stupid things, and I have been amazed over stupid corporate decisions & the lack of knowing how to make & pull through smart corporate tactics. The salary + bonuses has been good income. I hope that I am a rep in "good standing" and will be placed on another contract even better than this one. We all came on board in 2008 with the promise of rollover...NOT! At least it has given me an income for 4 + years! Good luck to all!

You are the perfect cso. Not for me. No thanks. I am horrified to be called a cso. I feel like such a loser and have lost the respect of everyone I know. I cannot even get a real company to look at me. Not a single interview with the good ones. Only contract now. Once you go contract you never go back. No one will take us.

very true. But I was unemployed for a long time living off of my wifes small income and our kids were dirty and hungry. I took a contract job just to get out of the bed and to have somewhere to go. Hell, free samples and shampoo for the kids from the closets. thankful for the freebies for the kids. The pay is shit that is for sure. I make about what i made when i was 18 washing dishes at a chinese place. These positions are temporary and i know that. i have no expectations and they have none for me.
