Great drug means good money in the beginning until we have quotas. But we will all be Rich by then. Doctors want this and Wall Street will love it.

Collegium will be the greatest Biotechnology Pharma Co in the world. It has all the components needed to be the greatest. Don't listen to those with negative attitudes in this board. They are angry because they didn't make the final interview in our very extensive interview process. Many so called winners were on PIPs in their previous companies. Luckily they didn't make our final interviews. Only WINNERS were hired at Collegium. Losers need not apply.

My understanding the Regional Directors only urged the very best and the biotech industry. Many from big Pharma with PODs were laughed at. No POD mentality allowed in this new BioPharmaceutical Era. The best will shine and all of you who are shine indeed shined. Be proud since you competed with over 10000 applicants.

We have someone at 36 TRX for the week. managers are demanding 65+/wk by September. Managers who cannot get their reps moving are or will be looked at. Poor leadership equals unmotivated reps. Remember all of you committed during interviews that you can sell anything. This drug is not just anything but the best thing. Sell folks. Managers also need to hold all your reps accountable. If their not on a PiP for poor performance, then Mangers deserve to be on a PiP.
