here’s why. Outside of what we do being primary care… leadership has no solutions for ny market dynamics, doesn’t listen to our bosses so they don’t listen to us. Gilead gets their nut regardless so we check boxes. It’s not exciting and we don’t get out of our own way..no real strat to win in ny. Real leaders have exited so the door keeps spinning.

1. NYC Department of Health instructed all NYC physicians to NOT prescribe BRANDED PrEP and to only prescribe generics. Consequently, All high volume PrEP writers are prescribing generics in NYC. ALL NYC

territories are performing poorly. The same territories in pennsylvania and in the south west do well every year.
Its demoralizing. No one will speak up and do anything about. The Bronx has been horrible territory since day 1. The rep left and the manager cannot find a replacement.
