How are the doors still open in this dumpster fire? Haven’t the 10 re orgs told the story of this disaster? Seriously, what are you all selling these days?

A bitter pill to swallow is heading into the holidays and seeing the huge bonuses and kickers paid out to reps who got a major windfall due to the Infed shortage. Those reps that didn't have much Infed got shuffled towards the bottom of the rankings stack. Not to mention the concessions made for some reps and quotas in certain parts of the county. What a slap in the face for the reps that had high Injectafer volume and maintained and grew their business over quota. Thanks DSI for a thoughtful comp plan. Happy holidays.

You're wrong. They make the quotas each quarter and any additional incentives like the kicker and multiplier. They could have held back some money until the market equalized and things were more equitable. I ended up with an average payout but it could've been better given the circumstances.Seriously. Get a clue. You think that those who made the comp plan 9 months ago anticipated the shortage if a generic iv iron and built the plan to screw those with high volume?
It’s business. sometimes you’re on the right end, sometimes not. Maybe next time you’ll be in the group that benefits
Sure like if you worked hard/smart(er)....... I ended up with an average payout but it could've been better given the circumstances.
No, that actually has no bearing on the situation the way the current system is structured. If that were the case there would be no issue here.Sure like if you worked hard/smart(er)
