Since the ‘Teva Blows’ thread has become lame and no real info, what’s the word on the Teva streets these days? I’m in TN and will start it off by saying it’s eerily quiet. Looking for what people are hearing across the different BUs.
 
























Clowns in home office. Has anyone there been a rep? Is anyone in marketing above age 25? Let alone home office people pushing field rides. Get a clue-offices don’t want you in there! And a rescheduled town hall call for November on a days notice? Sounds like restructuring plans weren’t finished

A mass layoff would be a blessing to many. This is a shithole company.
 


















Shit Show. Salary is well under industry norm, terrible IC plans, horrible leadership, horrible marketing team(maybe the worst in the industry),zero opportunity for advancement. I know people look at these threads when job hunting. If you’re reading this do you and your family a favor and stay as far away from here as possible. Wherever you are currently is never going to be as bad as it is here at Teva. We are all looking or at the least entertaining a new opportunity.

Eerily quiet means layoffs. Just ask respiratory reps. Many were laid off specialty, bought back 15-25k less in salary by Syneos to work the same job, with “promises” to be direct hire back to Teva “soon,” only to be laid off AGAIN less than a year later. It was eerily quiet right before they cut Syneos loose. Everyone was talking about it and asking for assurances. No one at corporate would say anything to make anyone feel confident our jobs were safe...obviously because they weren’t.

Look hard my friend. Teva is toast.

Teva blows guy, GTFO this thread. In real news, today’s email about JG retiring (or being forced out) should tell you all you need to know. Times are changing. I don’t know for sure, but I’d expect more changes before years end to both neuro and psych

I know post Covid market has been tough, but anyone who has an out and comes back deserves what they get. You knew what you were in for. Teva a crap. Everyone I know is interviewing. Even managers are helping reps with their resumes.

NP has too many reps for the current goal attainments. That last expansion should have never happened. Look for a reorg shortly.

And just like that! Anyone with good insight please share. I’ve been at Teva a long time and this is the fastest I’ve ever seen a reorg take shape. Doesn’t sound good
