So much cheap gossip on this site that the important posts are quickly buried by rhetoric. This one has truth and should be recognized. Very sad for all victims who were silenced.

When has HR ever helped an employee who complained about bullying or sexual harassment????? From the minute you complain, it’s just a matter of time before they find some bullshit reason to get rid of you. Get a lawyer. Negotiate a package.
