Spot on. Track whomever White Men hire and bring on into the company. Hopefully Biden and Harris hold Corporate America’s “feet to the fire” because White Males won’t change willingly and hold resentment and anger at The Browning of America. Makes great sense business wise for the future of America.

The general population percentage of blacks is approximately 13.4%. If we are to run this business by painting by superficial numbers. then we should shoot for 13.4% in all levels of a given company. Nothing more, nothing less. IF that is how you want to run this big oligarchy? A signed commitment?! What the heck! I respectfully caution you, if your being serious and not just baiting people. You might be a racist as you want to see 50% of people of color in middle management and 40% on the Board. Surely, you jest. So, we should turn the world upside down for what? For whom? Why? Because, believe me, it is not me you should fear or hate. The enemy is at the very top of the food chain looking down at the chessboard. You are being played. This situation of "inequity", of discrimination has been here and perpetuated by the wealthy and powerful for decades. The power brokers are all our "slave masters" and they will do anything and everything to defend their power and what they perceive is their right to then enrich themselves for generations. Not just their lifetime, but their heirs. So, their heirs have a fighting chance to continue to have wealth and power. That is their END GAME.

Not what is right and just. This years events are simply an opportunity to them. Yes, they may slightly fear you might be waiting at their 3rd vacation home, someday with a parting gift. But that's not it. It's that this all plays so well to the masses. And by the way, no one gives a damn, but AGE DISCRIMINATION is just as rampant as race, color and creed in corporate America. It's a massive problem that any "class" of American worker simply says, "it won't be me.". But it often is. Why? Because it is a great, unethical, immoral business model to kick older American workers of ALL RACE and COLOR to the curb.

The dirty truth is, once again, it is all about wealth and power for the ultra-elitist in executive corporate positions in this country. For example, I just saw where BMS ADDED 2 Board Seats to FINALLY have two black members join the Board. The point is, BMS DID NOT ask 2 white people to humbly step down. They ADDED two seats to the table. Wow. Proves my point, no one is asked to really sacrifice or "lose" in this culture to do what is "right". If they could run "their" company with no employees but themselves they would.

Our corporate executives have no allegiance to any color: dark or light, red, white or blue.


The United States of America is officially saturated with avarice in all it's institutions.
