For the last minute notice PDI gave for those recently displaced what’s the chance PDI will find another contract to put the reps in ?

Since they're not obligated to, it would be 0%.

I can tell you from my own personal experience - it's ZERO.

There was an entire team who was contracted to AZ who were all displaced from thwir positions. Within 2 weeks of the displacement, each and every one of them were picked up on the Novartis / Entresto contract.

Of course, that was great timing for the reps who wanted to work. There's no guarantee that Publicis/PDI will do this again. Who knows if thry have any contracts coming up.

If I were you, I would search the web to see if PDI is hiring in your area. If so, I would contact the recruiter. I think there's a pretty good chance you might be able to slide right in there.

The AZ/NVS transition happenened to be just great timing. Don’t count on PDI calling you back you will have to be assertive and aggressive and sell yourself all over.
