Honestly, if you have 4+ years of oncology experience, you should look elsewhere. This is not the same Genentech and no longer a viable place to work. Nothing we do here makes sense. The current management team is the worst in the industry. The good leaders have been long gone. Don't say we did not warn you.

We are decreasing BioOnc base salaries and we have found there are little to no interactions in OCE. No work= no pay. If money is what you are looking for- look elsewhere. As soon as HD's start doing field visits and holding us accountable, there will be a mass exodus.

You pay them since you will be staying home most of the time anyway. No oncologist wants or hospital wants you around. Go back to the gym and work out. Enjoy.

You’ve been working in oncology for four years, so wouldn’t you have some idea of what the salary range is? All onc jobs are going to be pretty similar

LOL- with what company? Not Genentech- unless a Toyota Rav4 Hybrid is what you call a gorgeous SUV and less $20k base salary

18 days, you get this your 1st year at Genentech at your 51st year, it never changes
plus 8 holidays including Juneteenth
Plus end of year holiday shutdown, this ranges from 4 to 7 days
2021 provided 1 extra floating personal holiday
you can carryover some vacation time
and throw in a 6 week Sabbatical every six years
