What’s real? Boss or Numbers?

Gawd! It’s just so damned colossally crazy that ur managers backing can make up such a major part of our performance. Perspective is everything.

My opinion, for my situation, is that i love both. Both are continually good. I know this isn’t the always situation. Next year, boss could retire and we could get a total tool.

I’ve had both and left a great boss for a better opportunity. I’ve also had great numbers and left bc the boss was micro.

In this string, would love to hear opinion.

Neither are real. Pharma is a joke. No one has every been able to explain the way scripts are tracked properly. Whatever beams down is what you get.

Agreed. Both are a joke.

I am lucky to have a good manager. Overall, genzyme RBDs have been good the past 10 years I've been here. It's really the only reason I haven't left for way more money.

It's going to happen. Maybe in a year or two.
