Car everyone get Ford Dill Doe Magium ebony addition
401k $5.00 dollar for your $1.00 dollar contribution not capped unlimited

Oh yea Christmas gift
Title says it all... compensation, health insurance, company car, 401k, etc...?

Avg base is closer to 80-120k. . Excellent healthcare benes. 401k is decent, but if you don't work here a specific # of years, the company portion doesn’t go with you. Altnof idiots don’t realize that until its too late.

The one poster who commented on base b/w 75 - 100k was offering some legit input. Then the next poster had to shit all over it. So, just know it’s a good company with good benefits, but you have total morons like you see posting here to work alongside. Fair warning.

I worked for NNI for 13 years and it was a truly great company with a very strong sense of company culture. Our POA meetings were in great locations, such as New Orleans, Orlando, Las Vegas, etc. In fact, for the Victoza pre-launch, the company chartered the Royal Caribbean and my colleagues and I spent a week learning all about Victoza in the caribbean. Four years later, Novo held our company wide meeting in Copenhagen, Denmark. Bonuses were average to above average during this time, benefits were amazing (9% 401k match up to 6%). This all gradually changed around 2013, when we had a change in our executive leadership, both here in the US and in Denmark. By the time I left, experienced reps were being recycled from specialty positions to primary ones, with little explanation and the newer reps were being discarded. I had always wanted to move in to management. but the politics were overwhelming and it was hard to find a leader in the pile of disgruntled reps who had climbed over and backstabbed their colleagues to then rule over them. Despite NNI products became commodities (insulin / GLP-1 portfolio), the employees didn't have to become so as well. I will continually be looking to work for the company that was Novo Nordisk, but unless someone can convince you NNI is working towards that goal, I would pass over this organization. Good luck in your search.

Probably the most accurate post in history of cafe pharma

The “culture” of NNI is one of mistrust and “yes” mentality. Read the old story of the emperors new clothes. That about sums up mngt. I use the term mngt because there is very little leadership, except for some DBMs who care about their people.
