Forcing the update of our contact information in success factors is never a good sign
Rep budget cuts ? Hmm
So much money waisted on unnecessary meetings, hotels, employee lunch meetings and drop shipments of stuff that goes in the trash. The budget cuts are a complete joke, and why is it only in the CRM division? Respiratory and ILD can spend whatever they want, but we’re supposed to get by on $1,500 a month lmao (while in “launch mode” I might add). Meanwhile our competition has 2-3 times as many reps as we do with unlimited budgets. This company can kiss being the market leader goodbye if we continue down this road. But hey, slashing our resources will increase profitability in the short-term and at least KR and the other higher ups will get a nice fat bonus while the rest of us can’t even make goal. This should end well!
