Good people are being systematically removed from their positions for no reason by the SD David Boyd. His reign of terror continues to be supported by HR and upper management. Shame on them for their lack of backbone. Time to get out before you are forced out. Your numbers and performance mean nothing when this little dictator has you as a target. The Area breakout at the NSM will be full of positive slides and self congratulatory rhetoric from DB. Why does the company allow him to destroy the careers of so many. So so sad.

Good people with strong numbers and years of experience are leaving Astellas before being forced out. The number of managers and reps on STD during the past year on the West Coast is an indicator of how DB has poisoned the culture. Upper management turns it's back on rectifying the situation. Oh yes, so so sad. I'm out.
