what was that? what a bunch of bs... if I heard one more thing about pre call planning in the car I was gonna die. Steve Jobs himself couldn't pre call plan on our My Pads- true story! We just can't! Who doesn't know that? Anyone? Idiots! I cant speak for the NE/South call but everyone out West wants to know when the next payouts are, how much they will be adjusted by, and our new goals (how can we sell without goals people) where are they? Somehow the West CC was able to avoid everything and anything important for over an hour! Unreal!
 


















Are you kidding me? Typical cry baby sales rep peaks his head again. Maybe if you idiots took the time to pre call plan and understand your customers we wouldn't have to roll it out on calls. We have to go back to basic because you suck, plain and simple. What me and other leadership have seen in the field is pathetic. You look like a contract sales force and you wonder why we treat you like one. You want to get paid? How about leaving your house before noon and sell without crying about budgets, no see targets, leadership etc. Bottom line is we don't care what you think and never will which is why you are still reps making shit money and no decisions.

What kind of rep would say they can't sell until they get a goal? For a minute I thought I was in kindergarten. No wonder our competition is kicking our ass. Either sell or get out, chances are u wont get a job anywhere else. Keep coming with the stupid rep Lines about no access, no budget, no goals, etc because we all sit in our management meetings and laugh at you. Those success stories? Keep them coming because after a couple drinks we love to re-tell them. After making fun of you we decide to how long to go without paying bonus and see if anybody catches on. Then we move to see which hot rep we would give a strawberry milkshake too.

Maybe if so-called leadership knew how to lead the salesforce could execute. Good luck moron finding a job when NJ closes. You idiots in home office couldn't manage a lemonade stand. Stop blaming the salesforce, you cannot say it is us with our constant turnover and 95% of us didn't make goal after a record profit year.
