We're all tightening our belts

Even Phil. He and Julie just purchased a second vacation home for a cool 6.18 mil.. And then there's their regular home near Orlando.
Old Phil must be doing something right for Rotech-----or is it what he knows??

http://www.corcoran.com/news/index.aspx?page=Article&pub_id=13366

I see there is enough room in the drive to line up the cardboard boxes where his Rotech employees can move in and sleep. He will need workers for the gardens, house and such.

If there is another default in the works....there will be another 5% cut coming too. We haven't even made up for the last one.

Maybe that is where all the Rotech SR's have gone in the past year...over to his new place to start getting it ready for retirement?

We should go down there and picket in front of his with signs saying " we want a raise ".

What ??? We aren't going to put on them....WE CARE ABOUT PATIENT CARE???

He does only when it helps him purchase yet another home....anything to bill...bill....bill, even if they don't need the stuff. Anyone for an ONO to bill to their carrier without them knowing about it...afterall it says on the slip...."No Charge"..they just don't know their carrier is being charged and helping ole Phil pay for a new pool!

If you click down at the bottom where it says "full listing", you can see the property specifics.

"Absolutely lovely & pristine Mediterranean residence has a first floor courtyard master suite, library, courtyard gathering room, wonderful kitchen & breakfast room, 3-car garage on the laneway. The second floor boasts 4 additional en-suite bedrooms & gathering room plus exercise room with sauna. There are several patios and covered seating areas with lush landscaping scattered throughout the surrounding property and pool gardens."

Also:

5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, pool, view of the water...... all the good sh_t. Don't let anyone tell you that Rotech lost out on competitive bidding.
Bonanza

Let's not be so hard on phil. After all, look at what he's done with Rotech. He's the only one to ever successfully macfrugalized a home respiratory company. That's worth far more maybe a tropical island would be more appropriate compensation.

Only if the island is called SURVIVOR and he is on with Russell Hanz getting a taste of his own medicine and he is voted off on the 28th day...ahhhhh just short of the prize! But that's ok b/c you have "earned" so much off the backs of Rotech employees and patient's to make up for it...you and Russell go hand and hand into the sunset

Says in the article that phil also ran Apria and Macfrugals. Does anyone know how he did at Apria, and why he left to come to Rotech?

Oh yea...he ran them both. Both into the ground and took off just before they got rid of him. Rotech is just to stupid to put him on the board after he is done this year

That's why I think that there's insider trading going on. Phil AND the B.O.D. is involved. What else accounts for phil raking in this kind of moolah for destroying a company.....and then will retire to the open arms of the B.O.D..
They're all as thick as thieves, and many smaller investors lose their shirts trusting their institutional investor managers.

Anyone notice that the link has been disabled here?? This is something normal people like you or I would not be able to have covered up, but "important" people along with the corrupt police system do it for themselves all the time.
And politicians scratch their heads and wonder why people have lost trust in the government.
Yea---Right!

Of course he's mad about the link. It was fun to show off his wealth to his updowntowner friends reading the article, but God forgive anyone question his wealth when the company he heads is flat broke.

Yes, tighten the belt so tight to cut off business.

Why would a location/store move and not give the new address out to customers.

I tried to find the new location and only the old location address was listed on internet, webpage, phonebook?

How do you expect your new customers to find you and to grow your revenue if you move and not tell anyone.

OR are you moving and NOT telling anyone because you are hiding from someone or something? Just planning to maintain existing customers until expenses exceed revenue and then close the door. So what's up with Ledgewood NJ?

Welcome to Rotech's answer to the Medicare cap. When as you say, revenue falls below a point, company will pack up at 12 midnight and be gone tomorrow. One might eventually find and be referred to the next nearest not-quite extinct Rotech location, and your service will be a reflection of that.
We Care about Patient Care.

Sounds like J is at it again. Move on loser and go bother another company. In the least chance its not you again, get over the NJ thing. Anyone out there care to re-live what they did when the hurricane came thru. ? They cared about patients, unlike most other offices.
